  今天,我們召(zhao)開文化傳(chuan)承(cheng)發展座(zuo)談會(hui)。座(zuo)談會(hui)之前,我先后參觀了新(xin)建成(cheng)的中國國家版本館和中國歷史研究院(yuan)的考古博物(wu)館,很有收獲。

  成立中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)歷史(shi)(shi)(shi)研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)版(ban)本館,是(shi)黨中(zhong)(zhong)央作出的(de)重大(da)決策。中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)(hua)民(min)族具有百萬年(nian)的(de)人類(lei)史(shi)(shi)(shi)、一萬年(nian)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)史(shi)(shi)(shi)、五千多年(nian)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)史(shi)(shi)(shi)。這次參觀(guan)考察(cha)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)歷史(shi)(shi)(shi)研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)版(ban)本館,我更加(jia)深(shen)切感到中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)源遠流長,中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)博大(da)精深(shen)。只有全面深(shen)入了解中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)歷史(shi)(shi)(shi),才(cai)能更有效地(di)推(tui)動中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)(hua)優秀傳統(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創造性(xing)轉化(hua)、創新性(xing)發(fa)展,更有力地(di)推(tui)進中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主(zhu)義文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設,建設中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)(hua)民(min)族現代文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)。

  文(wen)(wen)化關乎國本、國運(yun)。這段時間,我一直在思考推(tui)進中國特色社會主(zhu)義文(wen)(wen)化建設、建設中華民族(zu)現(xian)代文(wen)(wen)明(ming)這個重大(da)問題(ti)。這也是召開這次座談會的原因。這里,我講3個問題(ti)。

  一、深刻把握中華文明的突出特性

  中(zhong)華優秀傳(chuan)統文(wen)化(hua)有很多重(zhong)要元(yuan)素,比如,天下為(wei)公、天下大(da)(da)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社(she)會理想,民為(wei)邦(bang)本(ben)、為(wei)政以德(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)治(zhi)理思想,九(jiu)州共貫、多元(yuan)一(yi)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)一(yi)統傳(chuan)統,修齊治(zhi)平(ping)、興亡(wang)有責的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)家國情懷,厚德(de)載物、明(ming)德(de)弘道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精神追(zhui)求(qiu),富民厚生、義(yi)利兼顧的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟倫理,天人合(he)一(yi)、萬物并(bing)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生態理念,實事求(qiu)是、知(zhi)行合(he)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)哲學(xue)思想,執兩用中(zhong)、守(shou)中(zhong)致和的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思維(wei)方(fang)法,講(jiang)信(xin)修睦、親仁善鄰的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)交往(wang)之道(dao)等,共同(tong)塑(su)造出(chu)中(zhong)華文(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)突(tu)出(chu)特性。

  中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明具有(you)突出的連續(xu)性。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明是(shi)世界上唯一(yi)綿延不斷(duan)且以(yi)國(guo)家形態發展至(zhi)今(jin)的偉(wei)大文(wen)(wen)明。這充分證(zheng)明了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明具有(you)自我發展、回(hui)應挑戰、開(kai)創新局的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)體性與(yu)(yu)旺盛生命力(li)。深厚的家國(guo)情懷與(yu)(yu)深沉的歷(li)史意識(shi),為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族打下(xia)了維護大一(yi)統的人心根基,成為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族歷(li)經(jing)千(qian)難萬險(xian)而不斷(duan)復(fu)興的精神支撐(cheng)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明的連續(xu)性,從(cong)根本上決定了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族必然走(zou)自己(ji)的路。如果(guo)不從(cong)源遠(yuan)流長的歷(li)史連續(xu)性來認(ren)識(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo),就不可(ke)能(neng)理解(jie)古代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo),也不可(ke)能(neng)理解(jie)現代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo),更(geng)不可(ke)能(neng)理解(jie)未來中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)。

  中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)具有突(tu)出的(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)性。中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)是(shi)革(ge)故鼎新(xin)(xin)(xin)、輝光(guang)日(ri)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming),靜水深流(liu)與波瀾壯闊(kuo)交織。連續不是(shi)停滯(zhi)、更不是(shi)僵化,而是(shi)以創新(xin)(xin)(xin)為(wei)支撐的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)進步過程。中華(hua)民(min)族(zu)始(shi)終以“茍(gou)日(ri)新(xin)(xin)(xin),日(ri)日(ri)新(xin)(xin)(xin),又日(ri)新(xin)(xin)(xin)”的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)神(shen)不斷創造自己的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)質文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)、精(jing)(jing)神(shen)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)和政治文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming),在很長的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)時期內作為(wei)最(zui)繁榮最(zui)強(qiang)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)體屹立于(yu)世。中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)性,從根本上決(jue)定(ding)了中華(hua)民(min)族(zu)守正不守舊、尊古不復古的(de)(de)(de)進取(qu)精(jing)(jing)神(shen),決(jue)定(ding)了中華(hua)民(min)族(zu)不懼新(xin)(xin)(xin)挑戰(zhan)、勇于(yu)接(jie)受新(xin)(xin)(xin)事物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)無畏品格。

  中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)具有(you)突出的(de)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一性。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)長(chang)期的(de)大一統(tong)(tong)(tong)傳統(tong)(tong)(tong),形成了多元(yuan)一體(ti)、團(tuan)結(jie)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一性。“向內凝(ning)聚”的(de)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一性追求,是(shi)(shi)文(wen)明(ming)連續(xu)的(de)前提,也是(shi)(shi)文(wen)明(ming)連續(xu)的(de)結(jie)果(guo)。團(tuan)結(jie)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一是(shi)(shi)福,分裂(lie)動蕩是(shi)(shi)禍,是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國人(ren)用血的(de)代價換來的(de)寶(bao)貴經驗(yan)教(jiao)訓。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)的(de)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一性,從根本上決(jue)定(ding)了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族各(ge)民(min)族文(wen)化融為一體(ti)、即(ji)使遭遇(yu)重大挫折也牢固凝(ning)聚,決(jue)定(ding)了國土不(bu)(bu)可分、國家不(bu)(bu)可亂、民(min)族不(bu)(bu)可散、文(wen)明(ming)不(bu)(bu)可斷的(de)共同(tong)信念,決(jue)定(ding)了國家統(tong)(tong)(tong)一永遠是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國核心(xin)利益的(de)核心(xin),決(jue)定(ding)了一個堅強統(tong)(tong)(tong)一的(de)國家是(shi)(shi)各(ge)族人(ren)民(min)的(de)命(ming)運所系。

  中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)具有突出的(de)(de)包容(rong)性(xing)。中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)從來不用單一文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)代替多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),而是由多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)匯(hui)聚(ju)成共(gong)同文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),化(hua)解(jie)沖突,凝聚(ju)共(gong)識。中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)認同超越(yue)地域鄉土、血緣世系、宗教(jiao)信仰等,把內部(bu)差異極大的(de)(de)廣土巨(ju)族整合成多元(yuan)一體(ti)的(de)(de)中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族。越(yue)包容(rong),就越(yue)是得(de)到認同和(he)維(wei)護,就越(yue)會(hui)綿延不斷。中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)包容(rong)性(xing),從根本上決定(ding)(ding)了(le)中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族交(jiao)往交(jiao)流交(jiao)融的(de)(de)歷史取向,決定(ding)(ding)了(le)中(zhong)國各宗教(jiao)信仰多元(yuan)并存的(de)(de)和(he)諧格局,決定(ding)(ding)了(le)中(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)對(dui)世界文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)兼收并蓄的(de)(de)開(kai)放胸懷。

  中(zhong)華文明(ming)具(ju)有突出(chu)的(de)(de)和(he)(he)平(ping)性(xing)。和(he)(he)平(ping)、和(he)(he)睦、和(he)(he)諧是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)華文明(ming)五(wu)千多年來一直傳承(cheng)的(de)(de)理念(nian),主張以道(dao)德秩序構造一個群己合(he)一的(de)(de)世(shi)界(jie),在人己關(guan)系中(zhong)以他人為重。倡導交通成(cheng)和(he)(he),反對隔絕閉(bi)塞;倡導共生并進,反對強(qiang)人從己;倡導保合(he)太和(he)(he),反對叢林(lin)法則。中(zhong)華文明(ming)的(de)(de)和(he)(he)平(ping)性(xing),從根(gen)本上決(jue)(jue)定(ding)了(le)(le)中(zhong)國(guo)始終是(shi)(shi)世(shi)界(jie)和(he)(he)平(ping)的(de)(de)建設(she)者(zhe)、全球發展的(de)(de)貢獻(xian)者(zhe)、國(guo)際秩序的(de)(de)維護者(zhe),決(jue)(jue)定(ding)了(le)(le)中(zhong)國(guo)不斷追求文明(ming)交流互鑒而不搞文化霸權,決(jue)(jue)定(ding)了(le)(le)中(zhong)國(guo)不會把自己的(de)(de)價值觀念(nian)與政治體制強(qiang)加于人,決(jue)(jue)定(ding)了(le)(le)中(zhong)國(guo)堅持(chi)合(he)作(zuo)、不搞對抗,決(jue)(jue)不搞“黨(dang)同伐異”的(de)(de)小圈子(zi)。

  二、深刻理解“兩個結合”的重大意義

  在(zai)五(wu)千(qian)多年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文明(ming)深(shen)厚基(ji)礎上(shang)開辟和發展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)社(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義,把(ba)馬克(ke)思主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義基(ji)本原理同(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)具(ju)體實(shi)際(ji)、同(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)優秀(xiu)傳統文化相結合(he)是(shi)必(bi)由之(zhi)路(lu)。這是(shi)我們在(zai)探索中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)社(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義道(dao)(dao)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)得出(chu)的規(gui)律(lv)性認識。我們一直強調(diao)把(ba)馬克(ke)思主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義基(ji)本原理同(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)具(ju)體實(shi)際(ji)相結合(he),現在(zai)我們又(you)明(ming)確提出(chu)“第二個結合(he)”。我說過,如果(guo)(guo)沒有(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)五(wu)千(qian)年文明(ming),哪(na)里有(you)什么中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)?如果(guo)(guo)不是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se),哪(na)有(you)我們今天這么成功的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)社(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義道(dao)(dao)路(lu)?只有(you)立足(zu)波瀾壯闊的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)五(wu)千(qian)多年文明(ming)史,才能(neng)真正理解中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)道(dao)(dao)路(lu)的歷史必(bi)然(ran)、文化內(nei)涵與獨特(te)優勢。

  歷史正反兩方面的經驗表明(ming),“兩個結合”是我們取得成功的最大(da)法寶(bao)。

  第一,“結合”的前提是彼此契合。“結(jie)合(he)”不(bu)是(shi)硬湊在(zai)一起的(de)。馬(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)和中華優(you)(you)秀傳統(tong)文(wen)化(hua)來源不(bu)同,但彼(bi)此存在(zai)高度(du)的(de)契(qi)合(he)性(xing)。比如,天下為公、講(jiang)信(xin)修睦的(de)社(she)會(hui)追求與共(gong)產(chan)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)、社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)的(de)理想信(xin)念(nian)相(xiang)通,民為邦本、為政以德的(de)治理思(si)想與人(ren)民至(zhi)上(shang)的(de)政治觀念(nian)相(xiang)融,革(ge)(ge)故(gu)鼎(ding)新(xin)、自強(qiang)不(bu)息的(de)擔當與共(gong)產(chan)黨人(ren)的(de)革(ge)(ge)命(ming)精神(shen)相(xiang)合(he)。馬(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)從社(she)會(hui)關系(xi)的(de)角度(du)把握人(ren)的(de)本質,中華文(wen)化(hua)也把人(ren)安放(fang)在(zai)家國(guo)天下之中,都反對把人(ren)看作(zuo)孤立的(de)個體。相(xiang)互(hu)契(qi)合(he)才能有(you)機結(jie)合(he)。正是(shi)在(zai)這個意義(yi)上(shang),我們才說中國(guo)共(gong)產(chan)黨既是(shi)馬(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)的(de)堅定(ding)信(xin)仰者(zhe)(zhe)和踐行者(zhe)(zhe),又是(shi)中華優(you)(you)秀傳統(tong)文(wen)化(hua)的(de)忠實繼承者(zhe)(zhe)和弘揚(yang)者(zhe)(zhe)。

   第二,“結合”的結果是互相成就。“結(jie)(jie)合(he)”不(bu)(bu)是“拼盤(pan)”,不(bu)(bu)是簡單的(de)(de)(de)“物理(li)(li)反應”,而是深刻的(de)(de)(de)“化(hua)(hua)學反應”,造就了(le)一(yi)個(ge)有機(ji)統一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)命(ming)體(ti)。一(yi)方面(mian),馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)義(yi)把先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)想理(li)(li)論帶到中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國,以真理(li)(li)之光激活了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)基因(yin),引領中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國走進(jin)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)世界,推動了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)命(ming)更新(xin)和(he)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。從(cong)(cong)(cong)民(min)本到民(min)主(zhu),從(cong)(cong)(cong)九州共貫到中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族共同體(ti),從(cong)(cong)(cong)萬物并育到人(ren)與自然(ran)和(he)諧共生(sheng),從(cong)(cong)(cong)富(fu)民(min)厚生(sheng)到共同富(fu)裕,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)別開生(sheng)面(mian),實現(xian)了(le)從(cong)(cong)(cong)傳統到現(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)跨越,發展出中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)形態。另一(yi)方面(mian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優(you)秀(xiu)傳統文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)充實了(le)馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)義(yi)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)命(ming),推動馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)義(yi)不(bu)(bu)斷實現(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國化(hua)(hua)時代(dai)(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)飛躍,顯示(shi)出日益(yi)鮮明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國風格與中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國氣派,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國化(hua)(hua)馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)義(yi)成為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國精神的(de)(de)(de)時代(dai)(dai)(dai)精華。“第二個(ge)結(jie)(jie)合(he)”讓(rang)馬克(ke)(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)義(yi)成為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國的(de)(de)(de),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優(you)秀(xiu)傳統文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)成為現(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de),讓(rang)經由(you)“結(jie)(jie)合(he)”而形成的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)成為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國式現(xian)代(dai)(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)形態。

   第四,“結合”打開了創新空間。“結合(he)”本身就是創新,同時(shi)又開啟了廣闊(kuo)的(de)(de)理(li)論(lun)和(he)實(shi)踐創新空間(jian)。“第(di)二(er)個(ge)結合(he)”讓(rang)我(wo)們(men)掌握了思(si)想(xiang)和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)主動,并(bing)有力地作用于道路、理(li)論(lun)和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)。從這(zhe)個(ge)角度(du)看(kan),我(wo)們(men)黨開創的(de)(de)人民(min)代表大(da)會制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、政治(zhi)協商制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),與中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)民(min)本思(si)想(xiang),天下共治(zhi)理(li)念,“共和(he)”、“商量”的(de)(de)施(shi)政傳統,“兼容并(bing)包、求同存異”的(de)(de)政治(zhi)智慧都有深刻關聯(lian)(lian)。我(wo)們(men)沒有搞聯(lian)(lian)邦制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、邦聯(lian)(lian)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),確立了單一制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)形式,實(shi)行民(min)族(zu)區域自治(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),就是順應向內凝聚、多元(yuan)一體的(de)(de)中(zhong)華民(min)族(zu)發展大(da)趨(qu)勢,承繼九州共貫、六(liu)合(he)同風、四海(hai)一家(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)一統傳統。更(geng)(geng)重要的(de)(de)是,“第(di)二(er)個(ge)結合(he)”是又一次的(de)(de)思(si)想(xiang)解放(fang),讓(rang)我(wo)們(men)能夠在更(geng)(geng)廣闊(kuo)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)空間(jian)中(zhong),充分運用中(zhong)華優秀傳統文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)寶貴資源,探索面向未(wei)來(lai)的(de)(de)理(li)論(lun)和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)創新。

  “第二個結合(he)”,是我們(men)黨(dang)(dang)對(dui)馬克思主義中國化時(shi)代(dai)化歷(li)史(shi)經驗的深刻總結,是對(dui)中華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)發展規律的深刻把握,表明(ming)(ming)我們(men)黨(dang)(dang)對(dui)中國道(dao)路(lu)、理論、制度的認識達到了新高度,表明(ming)(ming)我們(men)黨(dang)(dang)的歷(li)史(shi)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)、文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)達到了新高度,表明(ming)(ming)我們(men)黨(dang)(dang)在傳承(cheng)中華(hua)優(you)秀傳統文(wen)化中推進文(wen)化創新的自(zi)(zi)覺性達到了新高度。

   三、更好擔負起新的文化使命

  黨(dang)(dang)的(de)十(shi)八大以來,黨(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央(yang)在領導黨(dang)(dang)和(he)人民推(tui)進治國理政的(de)實(shi)踐中(zhong),把文(wen)化建設擺在全(quan)局(ju)工作的(de)重要位(wei)置。經(jing)過這些年(nian)的(de)不(bu)懈努力(li),文(wen)化傳(chuan)承發展(zhan)呈現出新(xin)的(de)氣(qi)象、開創了新(xin)的(de)局(ju)面(mian),社(she)會主義文(wen)化強國建設邁出堅實(shi)步伐。

  在實踐中,我們不(bu)斷(duan)深(shen)化(hua)(hua)對(dui)文化(hua)(hua)建設(she)的(de)規律(lv)性認(ren)識,提出一系列新思想(xiang)新觀(guan)點新論斷(duan)。這些重要觀(guan)點,是新時(shi)代黨領(ling)導文化(hua)(hua)建設(she)實踐經驗的(de)理(li)論總結,是做好宣傳(chuan)思想(xiang)文化(hua)(hua)工作的(de)根本遵循,必須(xu)長期堅持貫徹、不(bu)斷(duan)豐富發展。

  在(zai)新(xin)的起點上(shang)繼續推動(dong)文化繁榮、建設文化強國、建設中華民族現代(dai)文明,是(shi)我們在(zai)新(xin)時代(dai)新(xin)的文化使命。這里(li),我著重強調3點。

   第一,堅定文化自信。自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)才能自(zi)(zi)強。有文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)民族(zu),才能立(li)得住、站得穩(wen)、行得遠。中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明歷經(jing)數千年而(er)綿延不絕(jue)、迭遭憂(you)患而(er)經(jing)久不衰,這是人類文(wen)明的(de)(de)奇跡,也(ye)是我們自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)底氣。堅(jian)(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin),就是堅(jian)(jian)持(chi)走自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)路。堅(jian)(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)首要(yao)任(ren)務,就是立(li)足(zu)中(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)偉大(da)歷史實(shi)(shi)踐和(he)當代實(shi)(shi)踐,用中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)道理總結(jie)好中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)經(jing)驗,把中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)經(jing)驗提升為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)理論,既不盲從(cong)各種教(jiao)條,也(ye)不照搬外(wai)國(guo)理論,實(shi)(shi)現精(jing)神(shen)上的(de)(de)獨立(li)自(zi)(zi)主。要(yao)把文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)融入全民族(zu)的(de)(de)精(jing)神(shen)氣質與文(wen)化品格中(zhong)(zhong),養成昂揚向上的(de)(de)風貌和(he)理性平和(he)的(de)(de)心態(tai)。

  第二,秉持開放包容。開(kai)放(fang)包容(rong)始(shi)終是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)發(fa)展的(de)(de)活(huo)力來源,也是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自信(xin)的(de)(de)顯(xian)著標志(zhi)。中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)博大氣象,就(jiu)得(de)益于中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自古以來開(kai)放(fang)的(de)(de)姿態(tai)、包容(rong)的(de)(de)胸懷。秉持(chi)(chi)開(kai)放(fang)包容(rong),就(jiu)是(shi)要更(geng)加(jia)積極主動地學習借(jie)鑒人類創(chuang)造(zao)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)切優秀文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)成果。無(wu)論是(shi)對(dui)內提升(sheng)先(xian)進文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)凝聚力感召力,還是(shi)對(dui)外增(zeng)強(qiang)中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)播力影響力,都離不(bu)開(kai)融通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)外、貫通(tong)古今(jin)。經過(guo)長(chang)期努力,我(wo)們(men)(men)比以往任何一(yi)(yi)個時代都更(geng)有條(tiao)件破解“古今(jin)中(zhong)(zhong)西之爭”,也比以往任何一(yi)(yi)個時代都更(geng)迫切需要一(yi)(yi)批熔鑄古今(jin)、匯(hui)通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)西的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)成果。我(wo)們(men)(men)必須(xu)堅持(chi)(chi)馬克思(si)主義中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)時代化(hua)(hua)(hua),傳(chuan)承發(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),促(cu)進外來文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)本土化(hua)(hua)(hua),不(bu)斷培育和創(chuang)造(zao)新時代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。
